Our libraries offer staff-led school visits for pupils from EYFS, KS1 and KS2. We can also offer bespoke sessions for secondary schools.
What will our visit be like?
Each primary school class visit consists of a library Q&A, a tour of the children's area, a library scavenger hunt, a story or book based game (depending on the key stage) and the opportunity to borrow a book (if you opt to have the children sign up for library cards ahead of the session). Please allow 1 hour per class visit.
Secondary school class visits can be adapted to your requirements - please give details in this form.
Please note, we are only able to accommodate one class per slot.
