🌿 Mental Health Awareness Week 2025: Exploring Resources at Sutton Libraries

As we mark Mental Health Awareness Week 2025 (13–19 May), Sutton Libraries are proud to offer a wide range of resources and events to support the mental well-being of our community. This year’s theme, “Community,” highlights the importance of connection in fostering resilience and good mental health.

Sutton Libraries host the Reading Well Collection, a selection of expertly curated books endorsed by health professionals. These titles explore topics such as anxiety, depression, stress, and mindfulness, offering support for those seeking to better understand their mental health.

🧠 Mental Health Events & Support Groups

We partner with local organisations such as Sutton Mental Health Foundation to host regular events and peer-led support groups. These welcoming spaces are open to everyone and provide opportunities to connect, share, and grow.

  • 📖 Book Club
    Explore mental health themes through literature in a friendly, inclusive setting.

    A safe environment for individuals living with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.
