My Monster and My Feelings is a creative, child-friendly workshop inspired by “My Monster and Me” by Nadiya Hussain, winner of The Great British Bake Off. Through drawing, folding, and crafting, children will imagine their own “emotion monsters” and bring them to life in playful 3D pocket creations. Along the way, families are encouraged to talk about worries, anxiety, and feelings in a gentle, supportive environment. This imaginative activity helps children see emotions as something natural.
