Sutton Libraries are providing free mobile data, texts and calls to Sutton residents. Visit the library to receive a FREE SIM card and free access to the internet.

Requirements:
Recipients must be Sutton residents who are 18+ years old in a low-income household, have little to no regular internet access and/or struggle to afford an existing phone contract or top up.
