Join Woody the Woodpecker for autumn adventures at this outdoor parent & toddler group at Sutton Ecology Centre! Take time to explore nature with your toddler as they gain confidence through activities and woodland walks. The group is very relaxed, your toddler can take part in whichever parts interest them, and there is lots of free nature play including a mud kitchen. Each week we focus on a different nature theme, where we read a story and go on a woodland walk. Plus weekly songs, craft and a snack. Suitable for preschool confident walkers up to 5yrs. The group is entirely outdoors, and there is a mud kitchen, so wear suitable clothing! There is a toilet with changing facilities available, and a shelter if it rains.The group is weekly on Fridays 1:30pm-3pmTicket price is for a block of 6 weeks:Friday Nov 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th, Dec 5th & 12th.Book tickets for children only.Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on weeks missed. Please note there is no pay as you go option.
The SWL Roving Immunisation Service will be offering a seasonal COVID-19 vaccine. The Spring 2025 programme will commence 1 April 2025 and ends on 17 June 2025.
The Southwest London Roving Immunisation Service is once again offering immunisations to residents of Southwest London as part of the upcoming autumn/winter campaign. We are delighted to continue our collaboration with Sutton libraries and can confirm that we will be able to offer vaccination clinics for your service users this autumn.
The clinics will provide COVID-19, flu, and RSV vaccinations.
Eligibility criteria:
COVID-19 vaccine
Adults aged 75 years and over,
residents in care homes for older adults,
individuals aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed (as defined in the immunosuppression section of tables 3 and 4 of COVID-19: Chapter 19 of the Green Book).
Flu vaccine (Campaign dates: 1st October 2025 – 31st March 2026).
Adults aged 65 years and over, pregnant women
People aged 6 months and over in a clinical risk group, children aged 2–16 years (through the nasal spray programme),
residents in care homes
Carers, and frontline health and social care staff.
RSV vaccine
Adults aged 75 to 80 years
pregnant women who are at least 28 weeks pregnant.
