Sutton Council's Cultural Services - A Good Yarn - yarn threads streaming down in blue green and yellow colours    Sutton Council's Cultural Services - A Good Yarn - a tent made of yarn    Sutton Council's Cultural Services - A Good Yarn - yarn-based artwork containing red and orange spirals as well as green leaf designs

Presented by Samia Tossio (SamiArt) in Whitehall Historic House through a vibrant finger knitted installation, audio recordings, and a short documentary, A Good Yarn features stories from workshops with Sutton Night Watch Charity for the Homeless, the Single Homeless Project, Westminster, and Refugee & Migrant Network Sutton. The project seeks to demonstrate common bonds using finger knitting and storytelling to inspire, share, connect, and create in playful ways.
